Furious Stylez Website and App Terms

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms apply to Furious Stylez LLC's website, free Knowledge Base, coaching intake and payment paths, and services that incorporate these Terms. The provisions for account, app, and booking features apply when they become available on the separate full-launch site. “Furious Stylez,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Furious Stylez LLC.

By using a covered service, creating an account, submitting an application, or completing an acceptance step, you agree to these Terms and the more specific documents identified for the service. If you do not agree, do not use the covered service or complete the purchase.

SERVICES, ELIGIBILITY, AND PRODUCTS

Understand how our services work, who may participate, how applications are approved, and which documents apply to your purchase.

1. Service structure

Furious Stylez uses different systems for different functions:

furiousstylez.net is the public website and document home.
This temporary public website uses third-party hosting. Coaching intake and applicable consent steps use our existing online forms and recordkeeping process; service providers support email and related communication. Account, app, and booking features described in these Terms apply when they become available on the separate full-launch site.
Google Forms collects intake, application, health/readiness, and minor-consent responses; Stripe provides coaching payment processing; and Google Calendar and Google Meet support scheduling and live sessions where applicable.
Long-form agreements and policies remain on the website and open in a browser from the mobile app.
Shopify is a separate storefront, account, cart, and hosted checkout for merchandise. Shopify purchases are governed by the terms shown in that store and at its checkout.
The free Knowledge Base may be read without an account or self-identification.
An account, approved application, eligibility state, or service-specific acceptance may be required for other features.

2. Adults, minors, and account responsibility

You must be an adult with authority to enter an agreement to purchase a service or create the responsible purchaser account. A participant under 18 does not independently contract or pay for Furious Stylez services. The participant's parent, legal guardian, or another adult accepted through the enrollment process must complete the applicable agreement, purchase, consent, and waiver steps. The responsible adult must provide accurate account, participant, contact, and relationship information and keep it current. Do not share credentials or allow another person to represent that they are the responsible adult. Notify Furious Stylez promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. A minor may hold and use a free Knowledge Base or portal account. When the date of birth entered for that account shows that the user is under 18, the parent or guardian consent confirmation is required. The minor still may not independently contract, purchase a paid service, accept a waiver, or authorize participation. Free account access does not itself approve an academy affiliation. Parent or guardian presence is preferred where appropriate for Private Lessons, Performance Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, and Competition Mindset Coaching. For Competition Mindset Coaching, when guardian presence would inhibit a candid coaching conversation, Cadence, Keegan, or a future Furious Stylez role explicitly delegated youth-safeguarding authority may approve and record a proportionate alternative, such as another approved adult monitor. The record identifies the athlete, guardian, reason, selected safeguard, applicable dates, approving Furious Stylez actor, and guardian notice or acknowledgement.

3. Applications, approval, and eligibility

Some services are application-first. An application allows Furious Stylez to review goals, experience, equipment, availability, safety considerations, service fit, and the appropriate offer. An application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve an appointment, or require payment. Only an approval or other status communicated through the official Furious Stylez channel establishes eligibility for the identified next step. Do not pay through an unrelated or outdated link. Eligibility may expire or change when the stated conditions, time window, account state, or service fit changes.

4. Products and service-specific documents

The current product page, approved payment link, and purchase record identify the service, price, billing structure, included value, and any valid discount. A specific accepted service agreement controls service-specific scope, session count, completion period, attendance rule, waiver, disclaimer, or eligibility requirement when it addresses the same issue more specifically than these Terms. Service agreements, waivers, exclusions, and disclaimers are available on the Documents page. The applicable documents identified for your purchase govern that service.

Competition Mindset Coaching includes no text messaging, video review, or on-demand competition-day access. Video review is included with eligible Jiu Jitsu Private Lessons and qualifying Performance Coaching bookings; it is not sold as a standalone service. Nutrition Coaching is educational and performance-supportive and is not medical nutrition therapy. Corrective exercise is not physical therapy, medical diagnosis, injury diagnosis, injury treatment, rehabilitation, or medical care.

A Single Private Lesson, Single Nutrition Coaching session, or Single Competition Mindset Coaching session must be completed within one month after purchase. A Flexible Four-Lesson Pack, Flexible Four-Session Nutrition Pack, or Flexible Four-Session Competition Mindset Pack must be completed within two months after purchase. A reviewed extension applies only when Furious Stylez approves and records the exception; an injury, illness, vacation, schedule change, or other interruption does not automatically extend the period.

Monthly subscriptions use the number of sessions included in the applicable billing cycle. Unused sessions do not ordinarily roll into another billing cycle unless Furious Stylez approves and records a specific exception. This monthly-cycle rule does not change the separately accepted within-cycle scheduling flexibility for delivering the included monthly count.

CHECKOUT, BOOKING, AND CUSTOMER CHANGES

Know what you accept at checkout and how appointment holds, rescheduling, completion periods, subscriptions, and cancellations work.

5. Checkout and acceptance

The coaching checkout agreement is: “I have reviewed and agree to the Furious Stylez Terms and the applicable agreements available on the Documents page for this purchase.” Payment is disabled until the purchaser checks this agreement. “Terms” links to this page, and “Documents” links to the Documents page. The checkout identifies the service agreements, waivers, and disclaimers applicable to the purchase. For the temporary site, selecting the agreement checkbox at checkout confirms agreement to the applicable Terms and documents on the Documents page, including the applicable Private Lesson Waiver and Performance Coaching Waiver. Any separately required minor-consent or health/readiness form remains part of our existing process. Acceptance records identify the applicable document versions and the associated purchase. An acceptance applies to the versions and transaction identified in that record.

6. Booking and appointment holds

Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed through the official booking process. A requested time is not booked until the confirmation identifies the date, time, coach, location or session method, and attendance information. A checkout or booking hold lasts 30 minutes. The hold temporarily protects the selected slot while the required step is completed; it is not a confirmed appointment, does not extend a completion period, and expires automatically if the checkout or booking step is not completed in time.

7. Rescheduling, late changes, and completion periods

An ordinary request to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session must be received more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A request received within 24 hours may result in a $30 rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the affected session. Genuine emergencies are reviewed individually and any exception is recorded. Rescheduled sessions remain subject to the applicable purchase or billing-cycle deadline unless Furious Stylez records a specific exception. A service-specific agreement identifies the completion period. A Single Private Lesson, Single Nutrition Coaching session, and Single Competition Mindset Coaching session each use a one-month completion period measured from purchase. A Flexible Four-Lesson Pack, Flexible Four-Session Nutrition Pack, and Flexible Four-Session Competition Mindset Pack each use a two-month completion period measured from purchase. Monthly Private Lesson Membership, Monthly Nutrition Coaching, Monthly Competition Mindset Coaching, and the Competition Mindset Coaching Support add-on use the session count and billing-cycle period stated for the applicable plan. Unused sessions do not ordinarily roll into the next billing cycle and expire at cycle end, with only a separately recorded Furious Stylez-caused or approved exception. Unused value from another product follows that product's specific rule and does not automatically remain available indefinitely. If Furious Stylez cancels a session, it will offer an appropriate replacement or service-specific correction that accounts for the remaining service period. A missed Competition Mindset initial consultation, or one cancelled inside 24 hours, is forfeited unless Furious Stylez approves and records an exception. Because the consultation has no charge, forfeiture does not create a fee, and there is no automatic or guaranteed rebooking.

8. Subscriptions and customer cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew under the schedule shown in the purchase record until ended under the applicable terms. Customer-requested cancellation requires 30 calendar days' notice. The official cancellation record identifies the notice date, controlling deadline, any final ordinary billing cycle, and the effective end state. Cancellation does not erase charges already validly processed or the obligation to deliver sessions funded by a valid charge. A customer cancellation, expiration, late cancellation, payment reversal, and Furious Stylez-initiated ending are separate events and are not treated as interchangeable. A customer's change of mind creates no general refund entitlement. Any cancellation, expiration, forfeiture, refund, correction, reversal, replacement, credit, or unused-value result comes only from the applicable specific service or product rule, an actual Furious Stylez error, a Furious Stylez-initiated ending, or a requirement of applicable law. When an active Monthly Private Lesson Membership qualifies the same athlete and account for the $89 Competition Mindset Coaching Support add-on, a cancellation ends both on the same effective date after the required 30-day notice. The final Competition Mindset Coaching Support add-on charge is prorated so its paid service period ends on that shared date. No later add-on renewal occurs, and the add-on does not automatically convert to another Competition Mindset Coaching product.

BALANCES, SERVICE ENDING, JOURNAL, AND SAFETY

Understand payment-reversal balances, service-ending rules, journal access and credits, and how safety concerns are reported and handled.

9. Payment reversals, balances, and account restrictions

When a payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed before paid value is delivered or contractually consumed, the related undelivered value is no longer treated as paid. When a payment is reversed after value was delivered or contractually consumed, the actual amount reversed becomes a balance on the account. The balance is the processor's actual reversed amount, not an invented per-session or prorated amount. One reversal creates one balance even if the original payment funded multiple sessions, a subscription cycle, a journal entitlement, or another bundled value. An unresolved reversal balance places an account-wide restriction on new activity, including new applications, purchases, upgrades, add-ons, subscriptions, free consultations, and shop activity that uses the restricted account.

The restriction does not block:

reading the free Knowledge Base;
viewing the balance, cause, history, and available voluntary payment path;
operational steps needed to schedule and receive value funded by a separate valid payment; or
delivery of every session or entitlement funded by a valid charge.

For an active subscription, the reversal itself records the existing 30-calendar-day notice sequence. One required final normal subscription charge may process and its funded sessions remain deliverable. No later renewal occurs if the balance remains unresolved. Termination becomes effective only after the last valid paid session is delivered.

If the balance is cured before the controlling deadline, the balance resolves, the automated financial restriction is removed once, and that financial path no longer drives termination. The reversal, notice, cure, and intermediate states remain in the account history. A valid final normal charge that already processed remains valid; it is not converted into a balance payment, refund, store credit, or replacement credit. Cure resolves the financial issue only. It does not erase history, guarantee future acceptance, or reverse a separately authorized and documented client-fit, safety, fraud, conduct, or trust decision.

10. Furious Stylez-initiated service ending

Furious Stylez may pause or end a service relationship for safety, conduct, harassment, fraud, material noncompliance, service fit, or another documented legitimate reason. When Furious Stylez initiates an ordinary ending, it stops future renewal, preserves the decision record, and refunds the objectively unused paid remainder except amounts that were reversed, charged back, or otherwise unavailable through the payment channel. The unused amount is determined from the actual amount paid and the delivered or contractually consumed value. This rule is distinct from customer-caused expiration, a late cancellation, a customer cancellation, or a payment reversal.

11. Competition Mindset journal and credit

The Competition Mindset journal price is $19. An eligible journal purchaser may receive one $19 credit toward the purchaser's first $49 Single Competition Mindset Coaching session if the intake is submitted within 15 calendar days after purchase. If approved, the credit expires 15 calendar days after the approval notice. The clock does not reset. The credit does not apply to the Flexible Four-Session Competition Mindset Pack, Monthly Competition Mindset Coaching, or the Competition Mindset Coaching Support add-on. It is personal to the eligible purchaser and account, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be duplicated. An eligible approved coaching client may separately earn complete-journal access after the first completed paid session under the applicable entitlement rules. A reversed journal payment may invalidate the purchase-based journal entitlement and unused credit. If the journal was already delivered or made available, the actual reversed $19 may become a balance. An independently earned and unreversed journal-entitlement basis remains separate. The journal licence is personal, nontransferable, and limited to two personal devices. When an adult purchases the journal for an athlete under 18, the adult purchaser is the contracting licensee, one named minor athlete is the authorized beneficiary and user, and the two-device limit applies collectively to that athlete's authorized use. No other sharing is permitted. There are no ordinary journal refunds after successful payment. Payment-reversal processing remains governed by section 9 and is not an ordinary refund right. The licence includes only the exact delivered file; corrected files and later editions are not included automatically. A support-controlled replacement of the same entitled delivered file after a verified delivery interruption does not create a corrected version, new edition, duplicate entitlement, expanded licence, or additional device allowance.

12. Safety and Reporting

Report an athlete-safety, misconduct, harassment, fraud, abuse, or malicious-use concern directly to a Furious Stylez coach during the applicable lesson or session, by email to info@furiousstylez.net, or through the Furious Stylez Contact page. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Furious Stylez is SafeSport® Trained — U.S. Center for SafeSport. When a concern is received, Furious Stylez will prioritize immediate safety, preserve relevant information and evidence, document and review the concern within its authorized operational structure, and take appropriate account, access, service, participation, or relationship action based on the verified circumstances and applicable rules.

When applicable under law, governing sport rules, safety needs, or service enforcement, Furious Stylez may make required or permitted reports or notifications to law enforcement, child-protection authorities, the U.S. Center for SafeSport, a governing sport organization, or a relevant platform or service provider. This provision does not promise a specific agency outcome, investigation, response time, or action by another organization.

Furious Stylez prohibits retaliation against a person for raising a concern in good faith or participating honestly in a review. Good-faith reporting protection does not protect a knowingly false, malicious, abusive, retaliatory, or bad-faith report or misuse of the reporting process.

Malicious use, misconduct, fraud, harassment, safety violations, abuse of a person, or abuse of Furious Stylez products, services, accounts, systems, or infrastructure may result in an evidence-based restriction, suspension, or termination. The action taken may be immediate when reasonably necessary to protect a person, evidence, an account, a service, or a system.

Paid-service consequences remain governed by the applicable service-specific terms and the existing rules for cancellation, expiration, forfeiture, reversal, unused value, correction, and Furious Stylez-initiated service ending. A safety report does not automatically forfeit paid value, create a refund, waive a valid charge, erase a payment reversal, or override the objectively unused-value rule in section 10. Furious Stylez records the reason, effective time, access or service action, applicable paid-value calculation, refund or reversal state, actor, and audit trail when a paid service is restricted, suspended, or ended.

Information collected, preserved, used, or disclosed for safety and reporting remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This section states the reporting and service-enforcement rules; it does not replace or expand the Privacy Policy's description of information practices.

USE, COMMUNICATIONS, AVAILABILITY, AND CONTACT

Know your participation responsibilities, the rules for using our content and systems, how communications and outside services work, and how to contact us.

13. Participation, health, and safety

Coaching and physical training involve inherent risks. Participants must complete the applicable waiver, health/readiness, minor-consent, and service-specific steps before participating. Participants and responsible adults must provide accurate information that materially affects safe participation and promptly report a material change through the approved channel. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help for pain, dizziness, faintness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, confusion, severe cramping, or another concerning symptom. Furious Stylez may require appropriate medical clearance when the disclosed facts or observed condition make it necessary. Furious Stylez does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, medical nutrition therapy, emergency services, or a guarantee that participation is safe for every person.

14. Conduct and acceptable use

Do not use Furious Stylez services to violate law; threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate another person; interfere with service security or operation; submit false or misleading information; access another person's account; distribute malicious code; scrape protected account content; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Furious Stylez may restrict access or participation to protect people, records, services, or systems and will distinguish a temporary operational restriction from a financial balance, subscription end, or separately documented service-fit decision.

15. Content and personal license

Unless a separate written license states otherwise, Furious Stylez owns or licenses the website, app, Knowledge Base, coaching materials, videos, graphics, downloads, journal, trademarks, and other content it provides. You receive a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased or account-delivered content for its intended personal purpose. Do not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, publish, upload, share credentials for, or create a competing product from protected content unless applicable law or written permission allows it. A personal license does not transfer ownership. Content you submit remains subject to your rights and any separate media, coaching, or service authorization. Submitting an application or support message does not grant Furious Stylez a public promotional license to your image, voice, or private materials.

16. Communications

Furious Stylez may send transactional messages necessary for an application, approval, booking, payment, subscription, account, security event, document acceptance, credit, cancellation, reversal, delivery, or requested support. Email may be delivered on Furious Stylez's behalf. Push notifications, if offered, are supplementary and are not the sole authoritative record of a material transaction or status. To stop promotional email, use the unsubscribe control or send: “Do not send me promotional email.” Stopping promotional email does not stop messages necessary to provide a requested or active service, protect an account, complete a transaction, or answer a support request.

17. Third-party services and Shopify

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their role does not make Furious Stylez responsible for every third-party outage or policy, and it does not eliminate Furious Stylez's responsibility for the records and decisions it controls.

Shopify is the separate merchandise destination. A Shopify account is not a Furious Stylez coaching account. Merchandise orders, taxes, payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, replacements, defects, and checkout are governed by the exact terms displayed for the Shopify purchase. Do not treat a coaching account status or coaching credit as a Shopify store credit unless an exact offer says so.

18. Availability, changes, and results

Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, safety issues, capacity, eligibility, or events outside reasonable control. Furious Stylez does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific coach or appointment time, or a particular athletic, competitive, ranking, health, weight, body-composition, audience, or financial result.

Material changes apply prospectively unless a separate accepted service document or applicable law requires another result. The purchase and acceptance record controls the version applicable to a completed transaction. Continued browsing alone does not rewrite an already accepted service agreement.

19. Governing law and severability

Texas law governs these Terms to the extent it may lawfully do so, without limiting rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced as written, it is limited or separated only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue.
