MONTHLY PRIVATE LESSON MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Monthly Private Lesson Membership Agreement (Agreement) is between Furious Stylez LLC (Furious Stylez, we, us, or our) and the adult purchaser identified in the membership record (Member). It governs the Monthly Private Lesson Membership for the identified athlete (Participant).
SECTION 01
Application, approval, and enrollment
The membership is application-first. An application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a recurring time, or authorize a charge. Enrollment begins only after Furious Stylez approves the Participant, the Member completes the approved purchase and acceptance steps, and the initial payment succeeds.
Approval considers goals, experience, readiness, requested support, availability, safety, conduct history, and service fit. Furious Stylez may limit enrollment or decline an application when the requested relationship cannot be supported safely or within available capacity.
SECTION 02
Membership benefits and price
The Monthly Private Lesson Membership is $200 per billing cycle and includes four 60-minute Jiu Jitsu private lessons for the same Participant during that billing cycle.
The membership renews automatically at the disclosed recurring price and interval until ended under this Agreement.
The membership does not include Performance Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Competition Mindset Coaching, Media services, merchandise, or another person’s lessons unless a separately accepted offer expressly says otherwise.
SECTION 03
Billing cycle and included lessons
Each successful recurring payment creates the four-lesson entitlement for that billing cycle. Lessons are normally scheduled approximately once per week, but the Member and Furious Stylez may arrange lessons earlier, later, or more than once in a week when travel, competition, coach, facility, or Participant schedules require flexibility.
All four lessons must be used within the applicable billing cycle. Unused lessons do not ordinarily roll into a later cycle, convert into cash or another service, or add to a future cycle. An exception exists only if Furious Stylez reviews the circumstances, approves a specific disposition, and records the original cycle, reason, approving actor, and revised deadline or credit treatment.
SECTION 04
Scheduling and confirmation
The Member must schedule each lesson through the approved process. A request, message, recurring preference, or proposed time is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed via email as the official confirmation identifying the date; start time; coach; in-person location, if applicable; attendance information, including reminder of the reschedule/cancellation policy; and any preparation instructions. A calendar invite will be included, also containing the aforementioned information, to enable the purchaser to add to their digital calendar and set reminder(s). If the virtual lesson option was selected, the confirmation email and calendar invite will include a Google Meet invitation correlating with the appointment’s date and start time. Google Meet is the approved architecture for conducting virtual lessons. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.).
Scheduling flexibility does not guarantee a standing weekly time. The Member and Participant must review confirmations and promptly report apparent errors.
SECTION 05
Optional video-review links
During the booking process, the Member may submit unlisted YouTube links to the Participant’s match or training footage for review in connection with an eligible booked lesson. YouTube is the approved architecture for video-review. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., WhatsApp, text message, email, etc.).
The Member must have authority to share the link and footage for coaching review. Submission does not authorize Furious Stylez to publish, distribute, promote, monetize, or use the footage as Furious Stylez content. Credentials, passwords, and unnecessary personal or health information must not be submitted with the link.
SECTION 06
Customer cancellation and rescheduling of a lesson
An ordinary cancellation or rescheduling request must be submitted more than 24 hours before the confirmed start time.
For a request made less than 24 hours before the start time, the Member must choose between:
- paying the approved $30 rescheduling fee to move the affected lesson to an available time within the same billing cycle; or
- forfeiting the affected lesson.
A no-show forfeits the affected lesson unless Furious Stylez reviews and records an exception. Injury, illness, or a genuine emergency may be submitted for individual review, but an exception is not automatic. Rescheduling does not ordinarily extend the billing cycle or create a rollover.
SECTION 07
Membership cancellation and 30-day notice
The Member may cancel the recurring membership by giving at least 30 calendar days’ notice through the approved cancellation process. Notice stops future renewals only after the notice period has been satisfied. A valid final charge falling within that period remains due, and the lessons funded by that charge remain deliverable under this Agreement.
Cancellation does not erase an existing completion deadline, undo a properly processed charge, convert unused lessons into cash, or create an automatic refund. Furious Stylez will provide or confirm the effective membership end date and the disposition of any valid final-cycle lessons.
If the same Participant and account also holds the $89 Competition Mindset Coaching active-private-lesson-member add-on, that add-on ends on the same effective date as this membership. Its final charge is prorated when necessary to align the two end dates. It does not renew or convert after this membership ends.
SECTION 08
Refunds and expiration
A change of mind does not create a general refund right. Customer-caused forfeiture, no-show, expiration, or failure to use included lessons within the cycle is non-refundable unless a specific recorded correction or applicable law requires otherwise.
Expiration, forfeiture, cancellation, a reviewed exception, a Furious Stylez correction, and a payment reversal are different events and must be recorded separately.
SECTION 09
If Furious Stylez changes or ends service
If Furious Stylez cancels a confirmed lesson for a Furious Stylez-side reason, it will offer a replacement or documented correction that does not force the Member to lose paid value because Furious Stylez could not provide the lesson.
If Furious Stylez ends the membership before all valid paid value has been delivered or contractually consumed, it will record the reason and effective date and refund the objectively unused paid remainder, except for an amount already reversed, charged back, or otherwise unavailable through the payment channel. The calculation uses the amount actually paid and the lessons delivered or contractually consumed.
SECTION 10
Participation waiver, readiness, and conduct
Jiu Jitsu involves physical contact and inherent risks. The Participant and responsible adult must complete the Jiu Jitsu Private Lesson Waiver and Assumption of Risk and all applicable readiness, emergency, and consent steps before participation.
The Participant must provide accurate safety-relevant information, report material changes, follow reasonable coach and facility directions, and stop when instructed. Furious Stylez may pause or modify an activity that is unsafe or outside the approved scope.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, fraud, material misrepresentation, unsafe behavior, or material noncompliance may result in restriction or termination under the Website and App Terms. A safety report does not automatically create a refund or forfeiture; paid-value treatment follows the applicable documented rule.
SECTION 11
Participants under 18
A Participant under 18 does not independently apply, contract, accept a waiver, or pay. A parent or legal guardian must complete the application, enrollment, this Agreement, the Jiu Jitsu Private Lesson Waiver and Assumption of Risk, and the Minor consent form (Google Forms).
Parent or guardian presence is preferred where appropriate. The application record identifies the responsible adult and the Terms detail supervision preferences and expectations.
SECTION 12
Payment failure, reversals, and restrictions
A failed renewal does not create a new paid cycle. If payment is reversed before related value is delivered or contractually consumed, the undelivered value is no longer treated as paid. If payment is reversed after funded value has been delivered or consumed, the processor’s actual reversed amount becomes the applicable balance under the Website and App Terms.
One reversal creates one balance for the amount actually reversed. A restriction tied to another transaction does not erase a separately funded valid entitlement, though ordinary scheduling, safety, and deadline requirements still apply.
SECTION 13
No guaranteed result
Furious Stylez does not guarantee rank, promotion, competition success, technical mastery, fitness improvement, selection by another organization, or any other specific result.
SECTION 14
Related documents and order of control
This Agreement governs the monthly membership. The Jiu Jitsu Private Lesson Waiver governs physical participation risks and releases; the Minor consent form (Google Forms) applies to a minor; the Website and App Terms govern shared account, payment, conduct, communication, and reversal rules; and the Privacy Policy explains information handling.
The more specific accepted document controls a service-specific issue. Rights that applicable law does not permit a customer to waive remain unaffected.
SECTION 15
Electronic acceptance and records
The Member agrees to electronic acceptance and confirms the ability to access and retain the accepted records. The record may include the document version, Member, Participant, relationship, account, product, price, billing interval, transaction, timestamps, and related service records. A later prospective change does not silently rewrite an already accepted cycle.
SECTION 16
Governing law, venue, and severability
Texas law governs to the extent it may lawfully do so. When a county-based venue provision is required and may lawfully apply, venue is Johnson County, Texas. If a provision cannot be enforced as written, it will be limited or separated only as necessary, and the remainder continues.
SECTION 17

SECTION 18
Member acknowledgment
By completing the approved acceptance step, the Member confirms that the Member reviewed this Agreement and the applicable linked documents; understands the recurring $200 charge, four 60-minute lessons per billing cycle, cycle-use and non-rollover rules, 30-day cancellation notice, late-change consequences, and separate waiver requirements; and is authorized to enroll the identified Participant.
