PERFORMANCE COACHING MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

SECTION 01

Application, approval, and service fit

Performance Coaching is application-first. The application may address goals, competition context, experience, readiness, equipment, schedule, training access, injuries or limitations relevant to programming, and requested support. An application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve an appointment, or authorize a charge.

Enrollment begins only after approval, completed acceptance, and successful initial payment. Furious Stylez may limit or decline enrollment when capacity, safety, readiness, requested scope, conduct history, or service fit does not support the relationship.

SECTION 02

Membership tiers

The recurring Performance Coaching tiers are:

• Starter — $99 monthly: one 60-minute live check-in per month, monthly workout programming and training structure based on the Participant’s goals and available equipment, structured progress and adherence review, review of obstacles, and one round of programming adjustments when indicated.
• Performance — $179 monthly: one 60-minute live check-in per week, a custom training plan, video review, strength-and-conditioning adjustments, progress tracking, and coaching support based on the Participant’s schedule, equipment, and goals.
• Complete — $299 monthly: one 60-minute live check-in per week, the Performance-tier support, nutrition guidance within the approved nonmedical scope, body-composition tracking, priority feedback, training adjustments, performance planning, and support for bulking, cutting, or competition preparation within safe coaching boundaries.

The selected tier, price, billing interval, Participant, and accepted version must appear in the membership record. Benefits apply only while the selected tier is active and paid.

SECTION 03

Billing cycle, cadence, and unused benefits

The membership renews automatically at the disclosed recurring price and interval until ended under this Agreement. The billing interval is a payment cycle; it does not redefine the stated service cadence.

Starter includes one live check-in per cycle. Performance and Complete ordinarily include one live check-in per week during the cycle. Check-ins and cycle benefits must be used within the applicable billing cycle and do not ordinarily roll over, accumulate, convert into cash, or transfer to another athlete or service.

An exception exists only if Furious Stylez reviews and records the reason, original cycle, approved disposition, and approving actor.

SECTION 04

Delivery and scheduling

An appointment is confirmed via email as the official confirmation identifying the date; start time; coach; attendance information, including reminder of the reschedule/cancellation policy; and any preparation instructions. A calendar invite will be included, also containing the aforementioned information, to enable the purchaser to add to their digital calendar and set reminder(s). The confirmation email and calendar invite will include a Google Meet invitation correlating with the appointment’s date and start time. Google Meet is the approved architecture for conducting virtual coaching. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.).

A requested or proposed time is not confirmed until Furious Stylez issues the official confirmation.

The Member and Participant must provide timely, accurate information needed for programming and check-ins. Furious Stylez may adjust the recommended plan as the Participant’s progress, schedule, equipment, competition calendar, or reported readiness changes.

Furious Stylez does not promise continuous real-time monitoring, immediate replies, or on-demand competition-day support.

SECTION 05

Video review

Video review is included only for the tier whose current offer includes it. When applicable to the Participant’s tier, the Participant may submit an unlisted YouTube link during the booking process. YouTube is the approved architecture for video-review. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., WhatsApp, text message, email, etc.).

The Member must have authority to share the footage for coaching review. Submission does not authorize Furious Stylez to publish, distribute, promote, monetize, or use it as Furious Stylez content. Passwords, credentials, and unnecessary sensitive information must not be submitted.

SECTION 06

Coaching scope and boundaries

Performance Coaching provides general athletic performance, strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, planning, accountability, and—where included—general nutrition guidance. It is not medical care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, mental-health treatment, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or emergency service.

The Participant remains responsible for deciding whether to seek healthcare advice and for following restrictions from qualified professionals. Furious Stylez may pause or modify a recommendation when reported symptoms, injury, safety, or scope concerns require referral or a narrower approach.

No plan requires dangerous dehydration, starvation, misuse of medication or supplements, or another unsafe weight-manipulation practice.

SECTION 07

Appointment cancellation and rescheduling

An ordinary request to cancel or reschedule a confirmed live check-in must be submitted more than 24 hours before its start time.

For a request made less than 24 hours before the start time, the Member must choose between paying the approved $30 rescheduling fee to move the affected session within the same applicable cycle or forfeiting the affected session. A no-show forfeits the session unless Furious Stylez reviews and records an exception.

Injury, illness, or a genuine emergency may be submitted for individual review. An exception is not automatic and does not automatically create a rollover or extend the cycle.

SECTION 08

Membership cancellation and 30-day notice

The Member may cancel by giving at least 30 calendar days’ notice through the approved process. A valid final charge within the notice period remains due, and the benefits funded by that charge remain deliverable under this Agreement.

Cancellation does not undo a properly processed charge, erase a current cycle, or create an automatic refund. Furious Stylez will provide or confirm the effective end date and the disposition of valid final-cycle services.

SECTION 09

Refunds and Furious Stylez-initiated ending

A change of mind, missed check-in, failure to provide requested information, or unused cycle benefit does not create a general refund right. Customer-caused forfeiture or expiration is non-refundable unless a recorded correction or applicable law requires otherwise.

If Furious Stylez cancels a confirmed session for its own operational reason, it will offer an appropriate replacement or documented correction. If Furious Stylez ends the membership before valid paid value has been delivered or contractually consumed, it will refund the objectively unused paid remainder, except for an amount already reversed, charged back, or unavailable through the payment channel. The reason, effective date, calculation, and refund status must be recorded.

SECTION 10

Participation waiver and safety

Before participating in physical Performance Coaching activity, the Participant and responsible adult must complete the Performance Coaching Waiver and Assumption of Risk and all applicable readiness, emergency, and consent steps.

The Participant must report material limitations or changes, use equipment safely, follow reasonable instructions, and stop when directed or when symptoms make continued activity unsafe.

SECTION 11

Participants under 18

A Participant under 18 does not independently apply, contract, accept a waiver, or pay. A parent or legal guardian must complete the intake, this Agreement, the Performance Coaching Waiver and Assumption of Risk, and the Minor consent form (Google Forms).

Parent or guardian presence is preferred where appropriate. The application record identifies the responsible adult and any changes must be communicated to Furious Stylez so an appropriate account update can be accomplished.

SECTION 12

Conduct, reversals, and restrictions

Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, fraud, material misrepresentation, unsafe behavior, or material noncompliance may result in a pause or ending under the Website and App Terms.

A failed renewal creates no new paid cycle. A reversal before delivery means undelivered value is no longer treated as paid. After funded value has been delivered or contractually consumed, the processor’s actual reversed amount becomes the applicable balance. One reversal creates one balance for the actual amount reversed. A separate valid entitlement is not erased merely because another transaction is restricted.

SECTION 13

No guaranteed result

Furious Stylez does not guarantee competition results, strength or body-composition changes, injury prevention, selection, ranking, weight-class outcome, adherence, or any other specific result.

SECTION 14

Related documents and order of control

This Agreement governs the membership. The Performance Coaching Waiver governs physical risks and releases; the Minor consent form (Google Forms) applies to a minor; the Website and App Terms govern shared account, payment, conduct, communication, and reversal rules; and the Privacy Policy explains information handling.

The more specific accepted document controls a service-specific issue. Nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 15

Electronic acceptance and records

The Member agrees to electronic acceptance and confirms the ability to access and retain the accepted records. Records may include the document version, tier, price, billing interval, Member, Participant, relationship, transaction, timestamps, check-ins, programming, exceptions, and service delivery. A prospective change does not silently rewrite an already accepted cycle.

SECTION 16

Governing law, venue, and severability

Texas law governs to the extent it may lawfully do so. When a county-based venue provision is required and may lawfully apply, venue is Johnson County, Texas. If a provision cannot be enforced as written, it will be limited or separated only as necessary, and the remainder continues.

By accepting, the Member confirms review of this Agreement and applicable documents; selection of the stated tier; understanding of its price, service cadence, cycle limits, 30-day cancellation notice, late-change rule, scope boundaries, and waiver requirements; and authority to enroll the identified Participant.
