JIU JITSU + PERFORMANCE COACHING BUNDLE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

SECTION 01

Bundle options

Each bundle combines one Monthly Private Lesson Membership with one Performance Coaching tier for the same Participant and account:

• Development Bundle — $279 monthly: four 60-minute Jiu Jitsu private lessons per month plus the Starter Performance Coaching tier, including one 60-minute live check-in per month, monthly workout programming and training structure based on the Participant’s goals and available equipment, structured progress and adherence review, review of obstacles, and one round of programming adjustments when indicated.
• Competition Bundle — $349 monthly: four 60-minute Jiu Jitsu private lessons per month plus the Performance tier, including one 60-minute live check-in per week, custom training plan, video review, strength-and-conditioning adjustments, progress tracking, and coaching support based on schedule, equipment, and goals.
• Complete Bundle — $459 monthly: four 60-minute Jiu Jitsu private lessons per month plus the Complete tier, including one 60-minute live check-in per week, Performance-tier support, general nutrition guidance, body-composition tracking, priority feedback, training adjustments, performance planning, and support for bulking, cutting, or competition preparation within safe coaching boundaries.

The bundle does not duplicate benefits, create extra sessions beyond the stated components, or include Competition Mindset Coaching, standalone Nutrition Coaching, Media services, merchandise, or services for another person.

SECTION 02

Application, approval, and enrollment

The bundle is application-first. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a recurring time, or authorize a charge. Enrollment begins only after Furious Stylez approves the Participant, the Member accepts the required documents, and initial payment succeeds.

Approval considers goals, experience, readiness, equipment, schedule, safety, requested support, conduct history, capacity, and service fit.

SECTION 03

Billing cycle and renewal

The selected bundle renews automatically at the disclosed recurring price and interval until ended under this Agreement. Each successful payment creates the stated Private Lesson and Performance Coaching benefits for that cycle.

The billing interval is a payment cycle; it does not replace the stated weekly or cycle cadence. Unused lessons, check-ins, or other cycle benefits do not ordinarily roll over, accumulate, convert into cash, or transfer to another person or service. An exception exists only if Furious Stylez reviews and records the original cycle, reason, approved disposition, and approving actor.

SECTION 04

Scheduling and delivery

An appointment is confirmed via email as the official confirmation identifying the date; start time; coach; attendance information, including reminder of the reschedule/cancellation policy; and any preparation instructions. A calendar invite will be included, also containing the aforementioned information, to enable the purchaser to add to their digital calendar and set reminder(s). The confirmation email and calendar invite will include a Google Meet invitation correlating with the appointment’s date and start time. Google Meet is the approved architecture for conducting virtual coaching. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.).

Private Lessons are generally delivered once per week, but may be arranged earlier, later, or more than once in a week by mutual agreement. Performance live check-ins follow the selected tier’s stated cadence. Scheduling flexibility does not add benefits or extend the cycle without a recorded exception.

Performance plans and check-ins may be delivered using approved remote tools. Furious Stylez does not promise continuous real-time monitoring, immediate replies, or on-demand competition-day support.

SECTION 05

Video review

When available for the eligible Private Lesson booking or selected Performance tier, the Member may submit unlisted YouTube links to the Participant’s match or training footage during the booking process. YouTube is the approved architecture for video-review. No alternative will be considered and no exceptions will be made (e.g., WhatsApp, text message, email, etc.).

The Member must have authority to share the footage for coaching review. Submission does not authorize Furious Stylez to publish, distribute, promote, monetize, or use it as Furious Stylez content.

SECTION 06

Performance scope and safety boundary

Performance Coaching provides general athletic performance, strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, planning, accountability, and, where included, general nutrition guidance. It is not medical care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, mental-health treatment, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or emergency service.

No bundle requires dangerous dehydration, starvation, misuse of medication or supplements, or another unsafe practice. Furious Stylez may pause, modify, or decline activity outside the approved scope or inconsistent with safe participation.

SECTION 07

Session cancellation and rescheduling

An ordinary request to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session must be submitted more than 24 hours before its start time.

For a request made less than 24 hours before the start time, the Member must choose between paying the approved $30 rescheduling fee to move the affected session within the same cycle or forfeiting that session. A no-show forfeits the session unless Furious Stylez reviews and records an exception.

Injury, illness, or a genuine emergency may be reviewed individually, but an exception, rollover, or cycle extension is not automatic.

SECTION 08

Bundle cancellation and 30-day notice

The Member may cancel the bundle by giving at least 30 calendar days’ notice through the approved process. A valid final charge within the notice period remains due, and the services it funds remain deliverable under this Agreement.

The combined bundle ends as a unit on the confirmed effective date. The Member may apply separately for another service, but cancellation does not automatically convert the bundle to separate memberships, preserve bundle pricing, or create a new enrollment.

Cancellation does not undo a properly processed charge, erase a current cycle, or create an automatic refund.

SECTION 09

Refunds and Furious Stylez-initiated ending

A change of mind, missed session, customer-caused forfeiture, or unused cycle benefit does not create a general refund right. A refund, extension, transfer, or credit exists only when a specific accepted rule, recorded Furious Stylez correction, or applicable law provides it.

If Furious Stylez cancels a confirmed session for its own operational reason, it will offer a replacement or documented correction preserving valid paid value. If Furious Stylez ends the bundle before valid paid value has been delivered or contractually consumed, it will refund the objectively unused paid remainder, except for an amount already reversed, charged back, or unavailable through the payment channel. The reason, effective date, component usage, calculation, and refund status must be recorded.

SECTION 10

Participation waivers and readiness

Before participation, the Participant and responsible adult must complete both the Jiu Jitsu Private Lesson Waiver and Assumption of Risk and the Performance Coaching Waiver and Assumption of Risk, plus all applicable readiness, emergency, and consent steps.

The Participant must provide accurate safety-relevant information, report material changes, use equipment safely, follow reasonable directions, and stop when instructed or when symptoms make continued activity unsafe.

SECTION 11

Participants under 18

A Participant under 18 does not independently apply, contract, accept a waiver, or pay. A parent or legal guardian must complete the intake, this Agreement, both service-specific waivers, and the Minor consent form (Google Forms).

Parent or guardian presence is preferred where appropriate.

SECTION 12

Conduct, payment failure, and reversals

Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, fraud, material misrepresentation, unsafe behavior, or material noncompliance may result in restriction or ending under the Website and App Terms.

A failed renewal creates no new paid cycle. A reversal before delivery means undelivered value is no longer treated as paid. A reversal after bundle value is delivered or contractually consumed creates the applicable balance for the processor’s actual reversed amount. One reversal creates one balance; it is not split into invented component balances.

A restriction from another transaction does not erase a separately funded valid entitlement, subject to its ordinary cycle, safety rules, and this Agreement.

SECTION 13

No guaranteed result

Furious Stylez does not guarantee rank, promotion, technical mastery, strength or body-composition change, injury prevention, competition outcome, selection, adherence, or another specific result.

SECTION 14

Related documents and order of control

The service-specific waivers govern physical risks and releases; the Minor consent form (Google Forms) applies to a minor; the Website and App Terms govern shared account, payment, conduct, communication, and reversal rules; and the Privacy Policy explains information handling.

This Agreement controls the combined bundle’s commercial terms. A service-specific waiver controls its physical-risk subject. Nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 15

Electronic acceptance and records

The Member agrees to electronic acceptance and confirms the ability to access and retain the record. Records may include the bundle, price, cycle, Member, Participant, relationship, accepted versions, transactions, scheduling, delivery, exceptions, and component use. A later prospective change does not silently rewrite an accepted cycle.

SECTION 16

Governing law, venue, severability, and contact

Texas law governs to the extent it may lawfully do so. When county venue is required and may lawfully apply, venue is Johnson County, Texas. An unenforceable provision will be limited or separated only as necessary, and the remainder continues.

SECTION 17

Member acknowledgment

By accepting, the Member confirms review of this Agreement and applicable documents; selection of the stated bundle; understanding of its price, included services, cadence, cycle-use and non-rollover rules, 30-day cancellation notice, late-change consequences, scope boundaries, and separate waiver requirements; and authority to enroll the identified Participant.
